2. Nature of the Platform (Marketplace Model)

 

 

GoBusTrips operates as an online marketplace and intermediary platform.

 

We connect customers (“Users”) with independent activity providers (“Suppliers”) offering tours, experiences, tickets and travel-related services (“Activities”).

 

⚠️ Important:

 

  • GoBusTrips does not operate the Activities.

  • GoBusTrips is not the tour provider.

  • The contract for the Activity is concluded directly between the User and the Supplier.

  • GoBusTrips acts solely as an intermediary and commercial agent.

 

 

Each Supplier is an independent contractor and is fully responsible for:

 

  • Delivery of the Activity

  • Safety standards

  • Licenses and permits

  • Insurance coverage

  • Accuracy of descriptions

 

 


 

 

3. Acceptance of Terms

 

 

By accessing or using GoBusTrips.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

 


 

 

4. Booking Process

 

 

4.1 When you book an Activity, you enter into a direct agreement with the Supplier.

 

4.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

 

4.3 Booking confirmation is sent electronically. It is your responsibility to review the confirmation details.

 

4.4 GoBusTrips reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, pricing errors, or technical mistakes.

 


 

 

5. Cancellation Policy

 

 

 

General Rule:

 

 

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time of the Activity.

 

However:

 

Each Activity may have its own cancellation terms set by the Supplier.

 

If a specific Activity has different cancellation rules, those rules will apply and override the general policy.

 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

 

No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

 


 

 

6. Changes by Supplier

 

 

Suppliers may modify or cancel Activities due to:

 

  • Weather conditions

  • Government decisions

  • Force majeure

  • Safety concerns

  • Operational reasons

 

 

In case of cancellation by the Supplier, customers are entitled to a refund according to the applicable cancellation policy.

 

GoBusTrips is not liable for additional costs such as travel expenses, accommodation, or missed connections.

 


 

 

7. User Responsibilities

 

 

You agree:

 

  • To provide accurate personal information

  • To arrive at the meeting point on time

  • To comply with participation requirements

  • To behave respectfully during Activities

 

 

Suppliers may refuse participation without refund if safety rules are violated.

 


 

 

8. Payment

 

 

Payments are processed through approved payment providers.

 

You confirm that:

 

  • You are authorized to use the payment method

  • Payment information provided is accurate

 

 

Currency conversions may apply depending on your card issuer.

 


 

 

9. Limitation of Liability

 

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

 

GoBusTrips shall not be liable for:

 

  • Personal injury

  • Death

  • Property damage

  • Delays

  • Cancellations

  • Acts or omissions of Suppliers

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Travel disruptions

 

 

Maximum liability of GoBusTrips, if applicable, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

 


 

 

10. Force Majeure

 

 

GoBusTrips shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

 

  • Natural disasters

  • War

  • Political unrest

  • Government restrictions

  • Strikes

11. Intellectual Property

 

 

All Website content including text, branding, logos, design and system architecture is the property of GoBusTrips and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

If you create an account:

13. Dispute Resolution

 

 

Users agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through direct communication with GoBusTrips.

Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antalya, Turkey.

By completing a booking, you agree to the cancellation terms shown on the Activity page and this policy.

 


 

 

1. General Cancellation Rule

 

 

Unless otherwise stated on the specific Activity page:

 

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the Activity.

 

  • Cancellation made more than 24 hours before start time → Full refund

  • Cancellation made within 24 hours of start time → No refund

  • No-show → No refund

 

 

The applicable time is based on the local time zone of the Activity location.

 


 

 

2. Activity-Specific Cancellation Terms

 

 

Some Activities may have their own cancellation policies, such as:
