To help you plan and make the most of your next trip, we are pleased to provide you with some general destination tips and recommendations such as:

You can bookmark activities of particular interest and save them in a wishlist. Just click the heart icon on an activity page or card.

You can book an activity online or in the GoBusTrips app and you'll receive your booking confirmation by email. Here's how:

  1. Find an activity, select the number and type of participants, and a date.
  2. Choose an option and starting time (if applicable).
  3. Enter your personal details.
  4. Select a payment method and complete your purchase.

Activity information

Visit the activity’s page and look for the "Includes" section. Items are marked with a green checkmark. This typically covers things like:

  • Food and Drinks
  • Entry Tickets
  • Tour Guide
  • Transportation

Before you book, please review the "Important information" section on the activity's page. This section details any age limits, physical requirements, or items you need to bring.

Booking, Vouchers and Tickets

Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a GoBusTrips voucher in your email and/or directly in the GoBusTrips app. Your voucher is the pass to access your activity.

Most activities provide an instant confirmation. Please check your spam folder for an email from 'do-not-reply@gobustrips.com'. If you have an account, you can also access your voucher from the bookings page.

Payment and refunds

We accept several payment methods:

  • Credit or debit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay

All payments must be completed online through our website or app.

If you cancel within the eligible window, your refund is processed automatically. It typically appears in your account within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.

My Account & Profile

You can create an account by clicking the 'Sign Up' button at the top of our homepage. You can sign up using your email address or by linking your Google or Facebook account for faster access. Having an account allows you to manage bookings, view vouchers, and save wishlists.

Once logged in, navigate to the 'My Profile' or 'Account Settings' section. From there, you can update your name, email address, password, and payment information. Remember to save your changes before exiting.

Cancellations & Changes

You can cancel most bookings directly from the 'My Bookings' section of your account. Select the booking you wish to cancel and follow the prompts. The cancellation policy for each activity is clearly stated on the activity page and your voucher. Some activities offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before.

Modifying a booking depends on the partner's policy. Some activities allow changes to the date or time, while others do not. The easiest way is often to cancel your existing booking (if within the free cancellation period) and make a new one for your desired date and time.

On the Day of the Activity

Please check the "Important Information" section on your voucher and the activity page. This will list essential items such as:

  • Your digital or printed voucher
  • A valid photo ID
  • Comfortable shoes or specific attire
  • Sunscreen or a water bottle

We strongly recommend arriving at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the start time. If you are running late, please call the local operator's phone number listed on your voucher immediately. Please note that many tours cannot wait for late arrivals, and missed activities are often non-refundable.

Gift Cards & Promotions

At the checkout page, you will see a field labeled 'Enter promo code' or 'Have a gift card?'. Enter your code in this box and click 'Apply'. The discount will be reflected in your total price before you complete the payment.

You can purchase GoBusTrips gift cards directly from our website. Simply navigate to the 'Gift Cards' section, choose an amount, and enter the recipient's details. The gift card will be delivered electronically via email and can be used for any activity on our platform.

Technical Support

  1. Ensure you have the latest version of the app from the App Store or Google Play.

  3. Check your internet connection.

If the problem persists, please contact our support team with details about your device and the issue.

For website issues, clearing your browser's cache and cookies often solves the problem. You can also try using a different web browser (like Chrome, Firefox, or Safari) to see if the issue is specific to one browser. If you're still stuck, please let our support team know.

The health and safety of our customers is our top priority. Our partners follow all local health guidelines. Specific measures for an activity, such as mask requirements or social distancing, will be listed on the activity's page. We encourage you to review this information before booking.
