Every participant will cook Tom Yum Kung (hot and sour prawn soup), Pad Thai Kung (fried noodles with prawns), and the sweet classic Mango Sticky Rice. Depending on the day, you’ll also prepare a signature curry such as Green Curry (Mon/Fri), Red Curry (Tue/Sat), Panaeng Curry (Wed/Sun), or Massaman Curry (Thu).
