GoBusTrips – Supplier Terms & Conditions

These Supplier Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between GoBusTrips (“Platform”, “We”, “Us”) and the activity provider (“Supplier”, “You”).

By listing your services on GoBusTrips, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

1. Marketplace Status

1.1 GoBusTrips operates solely as an online marketplace intermediary platform.

1.2 GoBusTrips is not the organizer, operator, or provider of any activity listed.

1.3 Each booking contract is concluded directly between the Supplier and the Customer.

1.4 The Supplier acts as an independent contractor and not as an employee, agent, or partner of GoBusTrips.

2. Supplier Responsibilities

The Supplier is fully responsible for:

Operating and delivering the activity
Ensuring full legal compliance in the country of operation
Holding all necessary licenses and permits
Maintaining valid insurance coverage
Ensuring customer safety standards
Accuracy of descriptions, images, inclusions, availability, and pricing

The Supplier warrants that all uploaded content is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.

3. Pricing & Commission

3.1 The Supplier sets the net price (“Supplier Net Rate”).

3.2 GoBusTrips may add its commission on top of the net rate or deduct it from the gross selling price.

3.3 Commission percentage may vary depending on commercial agreement.

3.4 Commission is earned once a booking is confirmed and payment is successfully processed.

4. Payments & Payouts

4.1 Customer payments are processed by GoBusTrips or its appointed payment provider.

4.2 GoBusTrips collects payment on behalf of the Supplier as a marketplace intermediary.

4.3 Payouts are made monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.4 GoBusTrips reserves the right to withhold or offset payments in cases of:

Customer disputes
Fraud investigations
Chargebacks
Cancellation conflicts
Breach of this Agreement

5. Cancellations & Refunds

5.1 Each activity may define its own cancellation policy.

5.2 The Supplier must strictly honor the cancellation policy displayed on the listing.

5.3 In cases of force majeure (weather conditions, safety risks, government orders), the Supplier must notify the Platform immediately.

5.4 If the Supplier cancels without valid reason, GoBusTrips may:

Issue a full refund to the Customer
Deduct penalties from future payouts
Temporarily suspend or permanently remove listings

6. Chargebacks & Fraud

6.1 If a customer initiates a chargeback:

The Supplier bears operational responsibility
Required documentation must be provided within 48 hours
The disputed amount may be deducted from future payouts

6.2 In confirmed fraud cases, GoBusTrips may permanently suspend the Supplier account.

7. Liability & Indemnification

7.1 The Supplier is solely responsible for any injury, damage, loss, or incident occurring during the activity.

7.2 The Supplier agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GoBusTrips against:

Legal claims
Customer disputes
Regulatory fines
Safety incidents
Third-party claims

7.3 GoBusTrips shall not be liable for operational errors, accidents, delays, or Supplier negligence.

8. Insurance Requirement

The Supplier must maintain valid public liability insurance appropriate to the nature of the activity.

Proof of insurance may be requested at any time.

Failure to provide proof may result in immediate suspension.

9. Content & Intellectual Property

9.1 The Supplier grants GoBusTrips a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use uploaded content for marketing and promotional purposes.

9.2 The Supplier guarantees ownership or proper rights to all uploaded media.

10. Performance Monitoring

GoBusTrips may monitor:

Cancellation rate
Customer reviews
No-show rates
Complaint frequency
Safety incidents

Repeated poor performance may result in suspension or removal.

11. Suspension & Termination

GoBusTrips may suspend or terminate Supplier access immediately in cases of:

Fraud
Safety violations
Repeated customer complaints
False or misleading information
Regulatory violations

The Supplier may request account closure with 30 days’ written notice.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.

GoBusTrips reserves the right to introduce international arbitration clauses in future global versions.

13. Confidentiality

Commercial terms, commission rates, payout structures, analytics, and platform data are confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties.

14. Amendments

GoBusTrips may update these Supplier Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
