The observation deck operates with a capacity limit of roughly 50 guests at a time so entry may be staggered during busy periods Exhibit areas on the observation levels can experience queues depending on visitor flow During Ramadan snacks and hot drinks in the lounge are served only after Iftar For the best view of the Dubai Fountain it is recommended to book an entry time around 30 minutes before the show you want to watch Daytime fountain shows run at 13 00 and 13 30 daily except Fridays Friday afternoon shows take place at 13 30 and 14 00 Evening fountain performances run every 30 minutes from 18 00 to 23 00 Your visit time for the attraction can extend up to approximately 90 minutes
