Rates are not valid on festive days, including Mother’s Day, Loy Krathong, Father’s Day, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and Songkran Day. The buffet experience is limited to 1.5 hours per guest. The 77th-floor Observation Deck is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The 84th-floor Revolving Sky Walk operates from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Guests booking the massage treatment add-on must confirm their preferred treatment time after checkout (spa hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM).
